A former dude ranch, children's camp and lodge has been updated to a comfortable, pet friendly B & B. The house sits on 50 acres of wooded hillside in the Adirondack Park. Just 5 minutes from Gore Mountain and 20 minutes to Lake George, we are ideally situated. Our four guest rooms all have private baths and comfortable beds. A family style, full breakfast is served daily at 8:00 AM. WiFi is available in all guest rooms. Downhill and cross country skiing, white water rafting and hiking are all available in the area. Horseback riding, wagon and sleigh rides can be arranged with the Circle B ranch. There are several nice restaurants within 15 minutes travel for lunch and dinner. For the less athletically inclined there are antique stores, outlet malls and niche stores in the area. Shop and sightsee at some of the towns that surround us, like North Creek, Indian Lake, Chestertown and Schroon Lake. Chalet In addition to our main house we offer a self-catered three bedroom, two bath chalet for daily, weekly or seasonal rental. It has a full kitchen, TV and fireplace. Ask about our ski and stay packages. DIRECTIONS: From Albany N.Y., take 87 North (The Northway) to exit 23, go left at the end of the exit ramp and right at the traffic light onto Rt. 9. Go through the town of Warrensburg and turn left on Rt. 28. On The Way is approximately 9 miles on the left. From the North, take 87 South to exit 25, go west on Rt 8 until you get to Wevertown. Take a left turn at the traffic light onto Rt. 28, we are 1.5 miles on the right. We are a pet friendly B&B. | B & B Rates: All rooms are $100.00 (plus tax), except the Blue Room it is $115.00 a night (plus tax), with a full breakfast. Pet fee $15.00 Chalet Rates: Two night minimum, $500.00 (plus tax) . Three nights $625.00 (plus tax). One week, $950.00 (plus tax) A 25% deposit is required for a reservation. Cancellation must be received two weeks prior to visit for a deposit refund (Less handling Fee). Maximum two people per room.
